| Paris is replete with fantastic museums! This 2000-year-old city is filled with gorgeous architecture from many different eras as well as the accompanying history - seemingly never-ending. This makes it a treasure trove of wondrous places for anyone with even the slightest interest in things of the past. On this page are pictures from the Panthéon - burial place of the greatest minds of France, such as Victor Hugo, Voltaire, Rousseau, etc. I've also included pictures from Les Invalides - where Napoleon is buried - and finally the Museum of the Middle Ages, in a building that existed in the time period when the treasures displayed inside were just considered every-day items. |
