Obama For America - Primary campaign
This year, I decided to volunteer for a presidential campaign for two main reasons: I like the candidate and I'd like to
see how a presidential campaign works.  Well - I still like the candidate and I'm definitely getting a good idea of how a
presidential campaign works - especially at the grassroots level.  I have no idea how I became as involved as I did, but
I'm very happy with my decision to call the campaign office and volunteer back in February - right before the Ohio
primary election.

Since that original phone call, I've had weeks where I've spent more hours working for the campaign than I did at my
job.  I've had conversations with other volunteers from all over the country.  I've traveled to three other states - PA, IN,
KY - to register voters, set up campaign offices and canvass neighborhoods.  And now, I've become a neighborhood
team leader which means that I'm now responsible for organizing volunteers in my area of town - part of Hiliard and a
small chunk of western Columbus.

Since we're moving on to the General election, I'm putting all my primary pages together here to make room for more
current pictures, events and well - general stuff.  Take a look around and enjoy!
