Barack Obama - Presidential Campaign 2008 - General Election

August 23, 2008: Received my text message today - bright
and early (well - early) at 3:20AM.  Yes - in the middle of the
night, but that's ok!  Obama has chosen his running mate,
Senator Joe Biden of DE, and will campaign with him for the
first  time later today in Springfield, IL.  Biden brings with him
many years of public service as well as foreign policy
experience to help boost the ticket.  Senator Biden will also
bring with him a definite ability to be the attack dog we need to
counter some of these attacks on Obama.  Oh - and I'm sure
Biden knows exactly how many houses he owns!
